• TST (formerly The Smarty Train) is a learning and organisational development consultancy headquartered in London, UK, with an additional office in Abu Dhabi.
• Founded in 2007 by Saj Jetha, the company now employs over 50 people and works with organisations across a range of sectors to design and deliver transformative experiences at work using science, creativity and human centricity.
• Clients include global organisations across the professional services, healthcare, energy, pharmaceutical and consumer sectors.
• In May 2026 TST won the Award of Merit in the Financial and Professional Services category at the Learning Excellence Awards.
• TST’s Early Careers Optimiser (ECO) is an evidence-based diagnostic and benchmarking tool designed to assess Early Careers performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• The ECO methodology combines quantitative and qualitative research and has been developed using data gathered over almost 20 years working with Early Careers functions globally.
